Kuartis at SSB Talent Management Summit 2025

On September 18–19, we took part in the Talent Management Summit, organized by the Defense Industry Academy under the leadership of the Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB) as part of the National Competence Initiative.

During this first edition of the event, we gained valuable insights and experiences from experts in key areas such as talent management and competence, change processes, generational differences, HR analytics, and corporate culture.
