Kuartis Joins SSB R&D Projects Signing Ceremony

As Kuartis Technology, we participated in the R&D Projects Signing Ceremony organized under the leadership of the Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB). Within this framework, 23 new R&D projects were launched, marking critical steps toward shaping the future of our defense industry.

In his speech at the ceremony, SSB President Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün emphasized the importance of rapidly industrializing and commercializing the technological knowledge produced in universities and research centers. In line with this vision, we are proud to contribute to the defense ecosystem with our TORAMAN Project, developed by Kuartis Technology.

These projects aim to reduce foreign dependency by prioritizing domestic and national solutions to meet the needs of the Turkish Armed Forces and security forces. By taking part in this meaningful event, we reaffirmed our commitment to advancing our country’s defense industry.

We would like to thank Middle East Technical University (METU) and Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yozgatlıgil for their support. Strengthening the cooperation between academia and industry plays a vital role in advancing our nation’s defense technologies.
