Kuartis Powers SALVO Autonomous Naval System

As Kuartis, we are proud to have played an active role in the SALVO Armed Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) project, conducted by the SSB (Türkiye’s Defence Industry Agency) with DEARSAN as the main contractor, and delivered to the inventory of the Turkish Naval Forces. ⚓️🚢
 
Within this project:
🔹 By integrating our KAPTAN AI Autonomous Navigation System, we equipped SALVO with AI-powered, unmanned, COLREG-compliant safe navigation, route optimization, situational awareness, obstacle detection, and collision avoidance. With complex mission planning functions, as well as emergency and contingency handling capabilities, SALVO has become a truly autonomous USV.
🔹 Delivering specialized hardware designed specifically for marine autonomy, including EO sensors, LiDAR, and other mission-critical components, we ensured robust perception and reliability at sea in even harsh conditions.
🔹 Through our MAVEN-S Reconnaissance & Surveillance System, we delivered advanced ISR capability using high-precision gimbal optics and AI-based image processing.
